How to add garments with multiple size (S, M, L, XL, XXL) and color variations.

  • Go to Inventory > Add Master Article.
  • Select "Apparel Matrix" & check size options.
  • Set variant stock quantities & individual SKUs.

2. Garment Hangtag Tag Printing

Print custom barcode stickers for clothing hangtags via Bluetooth printer.

  • Select Article > Tap "Print Barcode Tags".
  • Choose tag format (MRP, Size, Color, Brand).
  • Print sticker roll directly to Bluetooth printer.

3. Fitting Room Cart Hold

Park customer carts while they try on clothes and recall instantly at checkout.

  • Scan items into cart > Tap "Hold Cart".
  • Assign customer name or Fitting Room #.
  • Tap "Recall Cart" at counter to complete sale.

4. Tailoring & Alteration Notes

Attach fitting instructions and issue tailor tokens linked to sales receipts.

  • On billing screen, tap item > "Add Alteration".
  • Enter instructions (e.g. Waist -1 inch, Hem length).
  • Print tailor slip with customer pickup date.

5. Apparel GST Slab Configuration

Configure dual GST rates (5% under ₹1,000 vs 12% over ₹1,000) under HSN 61/62.

  • Open Settings > Tax & GST Configuration.
  • Enable "Apparel Dual Price Threshold Tax".
  • System auto-applies tax percentage based on item MRP.

6. Size Exchange & Credit Notes

Process size swaps or issue non-expiring store credit notes easily.

  • Tap "Returns" > Scan receipt or bill number.
  • Select item for size swap or return.
  • Generate store credit voucher code on WhatsApp.

7. Database Backup & Device Transfer

Safeguard clothing inventory, supplier ledgers, and sales reports.

  • Settings > Backup & Restore > "Create Backup".
  • Sync database file to Google Drive.
  • Tap "Restore Database" on new POS phone/tablet.

8. Bluetooth Printer Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for thermal receipt and barcode label printer pairing.

  • Ensure Bluetooth location permissions enabled.
  • Select ESC/POS protocol for receipt printer.
  • Select TSPL mode for barcode sticker printers.
