Welcome to POS Ledger Plus. By downloading, installing, or using the POS Ledger Plus Android application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility

POS Ledger Plus is intended for use by retail clothing store owners, boutique managers, garment merchants, and authorized store cashiers. By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms.

2. License Grant

POS Ledger Plus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the application on your Android device for your retail clothing store operations.

This license does not transfer ownership of the application or its intellectual property.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the application's source code.
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the application.
  • Sell, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the application without prior written permission.
  • Use the application for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

4. Offline Data Storage

POS Ledger Plus is designed to operate primarily offline. Your garment store data (size/color matrix, stock, barcode tags, customer ledgers, and billing records) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your business data on remote servers.

5. Backup Responsibility

The application allows you to create backup files of your garment database. You are solely responsible for creating and safely storing backups to prevent data loss.

6. Updates

We may provide updates, improvements, bug fixes, or security patches through the Google Play Store. Installing updates helps ensure optimal performance and printer compatibility.

7. Intellectual Property

POS Ledger Plus, including its software, design, logos, and graphics, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

POS Ledger Plus is provided on an "AS IS" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or business losses arising from the use of the application.
